I was recently sent the e-Cloth Deep Clean Mop to review. When it arrived I thought it was rather large. But then I guess that saves you going backwards and forwards so much as you would have to do for a normal sized mop.
Here are a few pictures of the mop.
So, this afternoon, after a very lazy day (I slept in until 1.30pm having not got to bed until after 3am from a night out with ex-work colleagues), I decided I should probably get round to mopping the kitchen floor as I’ve had the kids all week and it has got covered in crap and was sticky underfoot! So I unwrapped my new e-Cloth mop and put it to work.
Here is what my floor looked like before – I don’t know if you can see it properly:
I followed the instructions on the mop. The mop head/cloth thing is attached to the mop via velcro. I unattached the mop head and ran it under warm water (no detergent is required – an added bonus for those of you who are very ecologically minded), squeezed off the excess and then reattached it to the mop handle, then mopped the floor.
I was quite surprised at how clean the floor came without using any kind of detergent. Here is an after picture:
I really can recommend this mop as its easy to use, easy to store and works really well and at £19.99 it really isn’t that expensive.
