Weight Watchers Update – I’ve lost 26.5lbs #weightwatchers

So on Tuesday I went to my Weight Watchers meeting and I lost a fabulous 4.5 pounds (over two weeks as I couldn’t go the week before due to having the kids). I’ve lost a total of 26.5 pounds, which is 1 stone, 12.5lbs or 12.02 Kilos if you work in those.

I’ve been doing Weight Watchers since we got back off our Route 66 holiday across the US in April. I came back weighing more than before we split up (I lost an initial half a stone when we first broke up due to stress and not eating but put it all back on and more over the holiday). I came back from that holiday feeling depressed about my weight but determined that now I was in my new flat, starting my new life, that I could take control and do something about it.

Well, that I did and I’m so proud of myself for how far I’ve got. I am 4lbs away from my overall goal of 11 stone 10 (I started at 13 stone 12.5lbs). I am going to try my very best to get to goal in the next two weeks, but definitely I want to be at goal by Christmas, and I think that is pretty achievable.
