Busy few days and a Weight Watchers 2 pound Weight Loss!

My new job has been going well. I’m on day 2 of my fourth week and its going well. I’m starting to do more project manager-y things. I went to a customer meeting today which was interesting and exciting.
On other fronts, I joined Weight Watchers 2 weeks ago. My first weigh in, I only lost half a pound which was a bit disappointing, but this week I lost 2 pounds so I’m very pleased with that. I got a few tips at last week’s meeting which really helped – I labelled a bottle of wine and marked it for my use only and took the points out of my weekly allowance. That way I didn’t have to worry about pointing each glass. Its a very good tip and I’ll be doing it this week too. I really wasn’t expecting to lose that much weight, if anything. Not after going to a wedding on Saturday night. It was great and I didn’t eat that much but I did drink quite a lot and was worse for wear on Sunday, which in turn messed up my start to the week. I did track but I wasn’t as strict on myself as I would have been.
