Weight Watchers Update

I have not been bad this week but I haven’t tracked as much as I should have done.

But I lost 1.5lbs. I now weigh 13 stone and 10 pounds. So I have lost a total of 3.5 lbs since I restarted 5 weeks ago. Its would have been more if I hadn’t put on 4lbs after Glastonbury but I’m not sad about that. I enjoyed every minute! Well, apart from the toilets. Didn’t enjoy those much!

I bought some snacks at last night’s meeting/weigh-in – biscuit bars & packets of Weight Watchers crisps, a Weight Watchers recipe book which was reduced, and an Eating Out Guide – which I have really needed for a while as its very handy when you are out and about and find yourself eating at a pub or restaurant or going to the cinema and eating popcorn (this will be me on Friday night).

I’m feeling good about this week’s weight loss and about the fact that I have now lost for 3 weeks running. I feel like I’m on a roll. It seems that, even if I lose track a bit at the weekend, as long as I reign it in again as soon as I can and just keep tracking as and when I can, I can still achieve a decent weight loss. I can actually see myself in a few months time, getting to my goal weight. That is something I couldn’t see a few months ago! I suppose that is the thing, isn’t it – to keep on trying!
